First impressions are formed within just 30 seconds. The next 6 minutes only reinforce that first impression. And that is the whole idea behind speed dating – 7 minutes! Why waste an entire evening with someone you have no connection with?

How Speed Dating Works

For a relatively small sum you can meet up to 10 potential partners in your age group. Events are held at pleasant bars or cafes. On arrival you will be welcomed by our host and given a choice card and pen. When the first bell rings you have 7 minutes of a mini-date. At the end of 7 minutes the bell rings and the men move to the next table.

How to Get Your Results

• Log in to the website after the event and submit your choices.
• If you marked someone and they marked you back, you will receive each other's contact details by email.

Tips for the Evening

• Dress smart casual – comfortable and attractive.
• Try to speak and listen in equal measure.
• Stay light-hearted. Avoid heavy topics like past relationships or politics.
• Do not answer your phone during the dates!
